 We aim to deliver the products to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. WV MODELS shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 


You should inspect the products when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defective or damaged product please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damages need to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch. Despatch of your order is confirmed by e-mail and this indicates the date of despatch.

 

Returns Policy

Not happy with an item? Provided it's still in the sealed manufacturer's packaging just drop it back in the post to us at the address shown on our contact page.  Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for return, and what action you would like to be taken.

Note that non-faulty items returned for refund will be subject to a restocking fee (up to 35%), or a full credit note.  Special order and shadow stock items are exempt from our returns policy, and any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
